Before Hurricane Harvey
One of our sweetest greenhouse customers lives in Houston, Texas and last year lived through the destruction and damage of Hurricane Harvey. When news of the trajectory hit the media, we immediately thought of her and within days received photos of her greenhouse submerged in about 7 feet of water.
We discussed what might be required to get the greenhouse up and running again. Possibly glass, weather stripping, caulking, maybe a new door.
This time a phone call came in with great news. Her family was safe and her greenhouse withstood the storm without any damage. The only thing needed was a good cleaning. As our friends in the south face more weather challenges, we send our sincerest wishes for safety and an easy cleanup.
