Greenhouse Shipping Information & Support

How is my greenhouse shipped?

Our greenhouses are crated in wood for safe delivery. Once your greenhouse is shipped, we provide you with a tracking number and the link to trace your shipment. You will receive your crate sizes and weights, so you will know what to expect for the delivery. The shipping date that we provide you is only an estimate. The shipping company is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to arrange an appointment. It is a curbside delivery and you must have the manpower available to offload the truck and move the shipment to your site.

IMPORTANT: The delivery vehicle is usually a tractor trailer and if you have concerns about the trailer accessing your property, being able to turn around, etc., other arrangements need to be made to ship to the closest depot.

Will there be a lift-gate?

If your greenhouse is glass, a lift-gate will be included in your delivery.

What if I am concerned there might be delivery damage?

The first thing you should know is that if there is damage, it is our concern and we will deal with any claims and also ship you replacement parts as soon as possible. With our secure wood crates, damage is uncommon but if you do suspect damage please report it to the driver and ensure that it is marked on the delivery forms. If you have the ability to send us pictures of the damage, it helps us greatly.

In your shipping crates, there will be a packing list that identifies all of the parts. Call our toll free number 1-888-391-4433 and let us know which crate number was damaged so we know the parts to send to you.
