The project includes a Traditional 28′ × 30′ greenhouse at Parasol Park within Great Park Neighborhoods, developed by FivePoint Communities and built by Slater Builders. Located within an expansive community garden setting, the greenhouse supports propagation, seasonal crop rotation, and resident-led planting initiatives. It works in tandem with outdoor plots, citrus groves, and educational programming, where residents learn pruning, composting, and planting techniques. The space also anchors workshops and volunteer days, encouraging neighborhood participation and deeper engagement with sustainable food systems.
