The project features an 18 × 30 Cross Country Commercial Greenhouse integrated within IDEA1, a mixed-use development in San Diego constructed by Swinerton Builders. Positioned within The Hub courtyard, the greenhouse, repurposed as the “Idea Box”, functions as a flexible event and learning space with smart glass walls that transform into a projection screen. Supporting over 350 annual events, it enables workshops, screenings, and community programming, blending urban agriculture, education, and social activation within a dynamic public environment.
